Acquire from Bonhams sale House, 101 New Bond Street, London in the early 90s.

The case is a rare one and not many come up for sale and I have to say has to be one of the nicest cases I have seen in years.

The pictures do not do this clock justice at all it looks much nicer personally.

CASE: Excellent condition.

Oak wood with carved Renaissance Design of Gargoyles in amazing excellent condition for the age.

MOVEMENT: runs very smoothly for the 8 day with more or less a minute or two discrepancy extremely precise for a 250 years old clock.

(One of the main drum tooth (strike side) has been repaired from the original owner before went to sale.

DIAL: Renaissance late 17th style with Bronze Cherubs and heavy Brass thick plate

Weights: original 18th c.

Fine British clocks are rare and sought after by collectors.

The Moon Dial has the ORIGINAL paint but doesn\'t work, there is nothing broken that I can see, but was working before.

I prefer LOCAL pick up at my home in Port Saint Lucie, florida or buyer need to arrange shipping company for pick up.
