This is for an old Victorian needle case with an image on the front of the English seaside resort of Margate Harbour. The colour image has been reverse painted on glass and is still nice and crisp and vivid. The needle case opens up and is lined in pink silk and the back of the case is a mirror. It is in very good condition,with only the very light wear you see. It measures 48mm nearly 2" by 30mm (1.25") closed.
