We traveled down to the blue grass state for this great Marvel collection. We received a call from a couple in their mid-60s were the original owners of 90% of the comics bought on the newsstand in Lexington during the 1960s and 70s. We were impressed with their collection and their hospitality. The collection was loaded with key issues and popular 1st appearances and covers. These are the collections as a buyer that you dream about. The comics are all clean with no missing pages or coupon cuts. They have been stored in bags and boards in a dark closet for about 35 years. Since the collection was well over 2,000 comics and only a relatively small portion of it was high grade, we have decided to sale off the high grade portion of the collection separately. The majority of this great collection in low to mid-grade condition will be saleed off next week.
