Classic Marx tin dollhouse from the fifties.

VERY GOOD CONDITION.

The roof has some scratches and some dents.

Missing a few of the tabs on the roof - does not affect it functionally.

Very clean & no rust.

The bottom has some marks.

The rest of the house is in GREAT condition!

It was never used as a play doll house. Was a display piece. It has always been a collectible.
