MASON SHEFFIELDAntique, double edged, spear point dagger. 5\" blade measured from scalloped brass double hilt guard. 13/16\" wide measured at the guard. Creme color bone scales and pommel appear to be bone as well; unsure. No cracks or chips in scales. 4 metal pins. No grind marks or chips on blade; light patina, no pitting, no rust. Tight and straight in scales. Leather sheath is hand tooled and held together with 10 copper rivet like pins including the one in the backside securing the belt loop holding the tie down strap of the same leather. 1 1/2\" portion of the hand tooling has come off on the front of the shield, otherwise, all in very good condition. Unknown vintage
