Absolutley EXQUISITE, important vintage signed GIVENCHY haute couture ornate, exotic BYZANTINE/BAROQUE REVIVAL GILT gold & pearl drop shoulder duster clip earrings. One of my very best, most high end pieces to date. Feature an open, molded gold drop design with beautiful movement; high shine brushed gold gilt tone, a unique drop design, and lush glass faux PEARL drops! Stunning.
Signed on each earring - GIVENCHY PARIS NEW YORK - these date to the late 1980\'s era. Clips are secure and in perfect working order. Overall, these are in IMPECCABLE condition for their age with only very minor surface wear (surface wear to pearls only). Plated in 18 or 22kt gold. VERY SUBSTANTIAL! Measure a whopping just over 3 1/2\" long by approx 1 3/8\" wide ~ dramatic, oversize shoulder duster length.
