This device was purchased by my mother circa 1941. As a child, I remember watching her use it on her hands for arthritis relief. I do not know if she derived any benefits from its use.

It comes with the basic electrode that was included as standard with all Violet Ray machines.

The 8 page \"Directions for Operating\" fold out manual lists a total of 12 different electrodes and applicators that were available as options for different parts and orifices of the body.

Condition

Unit has been tested and is fully functional.

It is 100% original. Nothing has been replaced.

The manual has no tears, writing or dog-ears. It does have 3 horizontal fold indentations and 2 small discoloration lines on page 6. (See photo)

As shown in the photos, the case has some minor scuff marks and the right side red top retaining ribbon is severed.

Overall, the unit and manual are in exceptional condition for being 75 years old.
