Merchandise: We do not deal in fake merchandise. All of our items come directly from personal collections, stores close-outsand trusted distributors. We only sell AUTHENTIC AND LICENSED MERCHANDISE.

DVDs , Books, CDs: Almost all of the DVDs and CDswe sell come from a used collection. Most have been viewed and will likely contain minor wear or scratching and the cases may not be in perfect condition. We do try our best to describe each item correctly and will disclose any known issues with the disc. Since we may not have a chance topreview every DVD or CD at length, some may have scratches causing it to skip. If this is the case, please contact us and we will resolve the issue. We do however examine each disc before listing it and note scratches in the listing. Please understand that you are buying used merchandise, but we will work with you if there isever an issue.

Autographs: We do not deal in fake autographs. The autographs we sell have either been obtained by us in person or acquired from trustworthy sources with many years in the business and authenticated by third parties such as JSA or PSA/DNA. If we are unsure of an items legitimacy, we either do not sell it, or we sell it for the value of the item without a signature. For example, if we have a helmet with a signature that has not been verified, we sell it for the cost of a plain helmet. This does not mean that the signature is not real, it simply means we can not represent it.

Jerseys and Sports apparel: We absolutely NEVER deal in fakes or knock off items. All of our apparel is licensed apparel. There are still a lot of fake/knock off jerseys around and we can spot them in about 2 seconds. There are several factors for spotting fakes and we know them all! You can buy from us and feel good about your purchase knowing where it came from!

Sports Cards: We Try to represent the condition of the cards as best we can but strongly urge you to examine the pictures and ask questions if you are unsure. We will also work with you on posting or sending more pictures if necessary to ensure quality. All of the cards we sell are legit and the autographs are factory issued autographs. We do not sell hand signed cards unlessclearly disclosed.

Clothing: All clothing comes from person collections or store close-outs. We do not buy from wholesalers. We do NOT buy fake items. You can trust that any name brand item you buy actually came from that store.

Shipping: We ship same day in almost all cases. As soon as payment is received, we are notified and it get packaged and ready for drop off. Even on Sundays! Our handling time is same day!

Returns and Refunds: Should you get an item that has not been represented correctly, broke, damaged, or simply not what you ordered.... We will accept the return and refund you 100% without hassle. We do not accept returns on used games, movies, toys, or clothing unless it is broken, damaged, misrepresented or authorized by us first.
