Most of our products are shipped via First Class Mail. Cost of shipping depends on your location and the weight of the product. We ship Monday through Friday and most Saturdays (unless we have a family outing).Shipping delivery time depends on your location (usually one -five businessdays).

Returns: If you receive an item that is not as described, damaged or just a mistake - do not fret! We will either replace the item (if a stock item) or issue you a refund (if collectible item). Some items we may send a return tag and refund once we receive it.

Should you suffer from the dreadful \"buyer\'s remorse\", we are very flexible. If the item arrives and you simply change your mind, please ship the product back to us. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for the actual product and original shipping charges will not be returned. Return shipping is the customer\'s responsiblity. When you purchase an item from us on , they charge us fees. We are simply trying to cover those costs.

We also ask that the item must be received in the same condition in which it was shipped to you.

Do Right Consignment is ran by two women . . . a mother (me)and mother-n-law team. You can say that I\'m a displaced Louisiana girl. My baby was diagnosed with Down Syndrome prior to birth. For medical and family reasons, we decided to move to Michigan. All I can say is IT\'S FREAKING COLD UP HERE. We do this on to help with medical expenses and allow me to stay home with my baby.
