This is a new batch of watches that I received 7/2/17WATCH;LonginesMODEL; #1000TYPE; Dressy/CasualMOV\'T; Quartz, Swiss, ETA 280.002, 5 jewels, no date, a fresh battery and keeping perfect time.MEASUREMENTS; 24.89mm(w/crown), 33.60mm(lug-lug), 5.12mm(height) and has a 23.00 band.DIAL; The black dial with 4 diamond markers, a gold border, hands and lettering is perfect. The dial reads; Longines, Q.W.R., MZ 5712, Swiss 0961.CRYSTAL; The original mineral crystal is almost perfect. It has a surface scratch running across for the 4 O clock marker to the 8.CASE; The gold casing is in mint condition. It does have the smallest signs of wear. Hard to see with the naked eye. The snap on back case reads; base metal.CROWN; The original unsigned gold crown is perfect.BEZEL; N/ABAND; The original signed clasp gold/black band is in mint condition. Very little signs of wear. The band seems to have been modified to fit the previous owner.
WATER RESISTANCE; The W.R. in the Q.W.R. means that its water resistant, but doesn\'t indicate to what degree.
CONDITION RATING(1-10); I would rate this watch a 9.2
FINALCOMMENT;It\'s hard to believe this beautiful vintage Longines time piece watch is over 30 yrs old and still in mint condition, but it is. I have acquired a large inventory of Longines & Wittnauer watches from the 80\'s that was never sold or may have been used. The watches were stored in climate controlled rooms and all have brand new batteries. Most don\'t have signs of the original batteries leaking and damaging the Swiss mov\'t. Some may have signs of the battery leaking, but have been cleaned. Most, if not of all the watches still have the original tags with the price and general info. This model retailed for $695.00 All of the watches have been checked for accuracy, any imperfections and polished with a jewelers polishing cloth. The only history that is known is basically what the owner tells me and what is revealed after I inspect them. Most of the watches that you will see, I may have more than one in stock. So ask if your interested in buying more than one or in bulk. Please ask if you have any questions. Best offers will be considered. I inspected this watch and it does seem to have been worn.
