Overall I think it is in very good vintage condition. The handle pivots up and down. It is strong and sturdy.APPROXIMATE MEASUREMENTS:Length: 20.25” Width: 12” Height of the base is 9.25” and with the handle in upright postion the total height is about 17”.Nice lines, colors and curves.
