ITEM DESCRIPTION: This wonderfully detailed, handcrafted hard plastic St. Patrick\'s Day Holiday LAPEL PIN was made by Hallmark in 1989. It is known as the \"TIPPING HAT with Shamrock DANCING IRISH LEPRECHAUN\" lapel pin. Many of these vintage Hallmark Lapel pins aremodeled after Hallmark Merry Miniatures of the same design.

THIS PIN IS NEW OLD STOCK, UNUSED, MINT ON THE ORIGINAL CARD (MOC).

The older pin features a red headed Irishman Leprechaun tipping his derby hat and holding a small green lucky shamrock.

The pin has a hook/safety pin \"C\" style clasp; not a rotating c-clasp.
