Check out all the pictures carefully as they are part of the description.This item was purchased new and put on display for one holiday season. It runs and plays music fine. It does have a small rub spot on the fabric roof and some scratches in the plastic above the controls on the plastic base (see pics). There is a little noise when the animals go up and down which was not uncommon for these carousels.
