Here we have an exceptional and amazing Navajo silver box with a huge Pilot Mountain turquoise stone centered on the lid! Surrounding the stone are handmade silver rope and intricate details of silver hand carvings and stampings! The lid has a hand carved scalloped border and geometric designs accent each side of the box. Dimensions of the box are 4-1/4" in length, 3-3/8" width, and 1-3/4" deep. The center stone measures around 1-5/8" x 1-1/2". Sterling silver, marked. Signed by Navajo artist, Gary Reeves. Cir. 1970's+. Sturdy 358 grams. Thank you and Good Luck!
