For your consideration from a private collection of a well known New Mexico Family being offered for the first time is anastonishing vintage Navajo handmade silver and turquoise squash blossom necklace. This necklace is signed by Navajo ArtistTED CASTILLOandis handmadewith a silver naja containing5 very rare natural Gem turquoise stones. Situatedabove thenaja are silver beads and squashes with more turquoise stones which make up the greater portion of the necklace. The workmanship is just amazing with the leaf and raindrop designs as well as the silver wire scrolls. The naja measures around 3-1/2\" X 4\" and the diameter of the silver beads measure around 1/4\". The length of the necklace measures about 32\" and dates from the 1960\'s. I will be adding many more pieces from this collection that has been off the market for many years, come back often to see the treasures.
