The watch has been awarded to the Imperial Russian officer Igor Potyapyn for excellent fencing in combat in 1912.
The watch comes with a heavy silver chain and silver&enamel award Jeton medal.
The watch comes from the owner\'s family estate.
On the wath front case is depicted enamelled Russian coat of arms-the double headed eagle.On the rear case is depicted the enamel badge for excellent fencing in combat(same as on the Jeton).
The watch has the old style Ernest Frankilon Longines top grade movement,fully jeweled, precision regulator,compensating balance wheel,Breguet spiral,old style regulator,hand engraved balance cock engraved with the Longines wings logo.
The watch is oversized-49mm in diameter.135g heavy together with the chain.
Fine porcelain dial .
The watch is in perfect working order.
