Curriculum Vitae Dov Ben Dov:
Dov Ben Dov was born on March 2, 1927 (90 years old) in Jerusalem.
During his military service he served as a sniper and after his discharge he moved to a competitive sport.
In 1952, when he was 23, he became the first Israeli athlete to represent the young State of Israel at the Olympic Games.
It happened in Helsinki 1952 Olympic Games , he finished 21st in the 300 meters (three positions).
Dov Ben-Dov was also the first Israeli athlete to compete under the Israeli Flag in the 1954 Asian Games in Manila, Philippines, and made history when he won the bronze medal in the 300m (3-state) championship.
In 1958 he took part in the World Championships in Moscow.
He took part twice in the Maccabiah Games (1953 and 1957) and won numerous medals.
During his years as a player, Dov Ben-Dov broke the Israeli record many times and won Israel\'s championships from 1954 to 1967, in this year he retired from competitive sports..Product Details:
