Madame Alexander Doll Kitten is the very Rare Doll only made in 1961.
She contains a non working crier which possibly could cry if given some attention.
This Doll is in Very Good vintage condition. She is very clean and absolutely adorable. Her clothing is very vintage and could use spot treatment and iron, I did not want to interfere with them, leave that to new owner. Her hair is rooted blonde, very thick. No missing plugs. She has open and close eyes with full lashes ( her right eye has a scratch on the eye ball that can be noticed if you look very closely) Her facial color is excellent. Her body is stuffed and shows minimal wear which can only be seen up close.
Her vinyl arms and legs are clean and soft. She comes with a antique linen - cotton off white dress with a little collar and lined with off white antique lace, it buttons up the back and could use a steam possibly, shows some age related spotting, minimal. There is also an off white slip that snaps up the back and the metal from these snaps has left stains possibly the metal from the snaps. Also are off white pantaloons with lace ruffle trim, the elastic has stretched on them. White ankle socks and very old white genuine leather baby shoes, that do need some white shoe polish. She has a big yellow and pink headband and wears a bracelet spelled out \" Kitten\" . Please view the photos that show her and her clothing. She is a big baby doll and she has been stored in my pet and smoke free home. She has no odors and neither do her clothes.
