This is a vintage chalkware statue of the lovely Madonna. It has it\'s marking on the back. She has a gold sheen added to her dress and it is very lovely and creates a beautiful worn style sheen in the light. Overall color is a warm white and pink.She is standing on the serpent and has a beautiful motif on the edge of her dress. She is a great size and measures 17 3/4 inches tall with her crown. Her crown I handmade and hand painted in an antique gold tone. Her rosary is made of vintage pieces combined. It has a worn pearl look. It was definitely used for prayer and had worn spots from praying. This piece would be a great decor piece for your home as a lovely accent. Or use this to create a pretty religious spot in your home. They give your home such a peaceful vibe.
This does have a shabby style to it. No real chips but a few places where her texture is not perfectly smooth. She has a little mark on her forehead but you would have to look up close to see.
