The gold tone base is done in an all over floral design, magnificent filigree and ormolu work on both sides of the mirror includingthe bottom of the handle.
Beveled mirror, age related spots, but still holds a lovely reflection
All large stones are bezel set, the small emerald green stones are prong set, 1 red stone is missing from the top right hand corner.

There are bezel set stones on each of the four sides in addition to the top (lid).All large stones are bezel set, the small emerald green stones are prong set.
There are four gorgeous filigree, ormolu pieces on all four sides of the box that have been curved over to create 4 beautiful feet for the bottom of the box.
There are no manufacturer markings on either piece.
