Magnificent with museum quality workmanship solid silver antique cup, circa 1800. Decorated with Islamic poetry engravings and flowers at the upper section and chased battle scene all over the body including infantry and horseman,camel , birds and animals, flowers and geometrical engravings at the lower section and on the back. Fully marked on the back,please see illustration above. Sorry, I don\'t know what was the battle and the name of the Persian King at that period. Size: 3.1/4\" tall, 2.3/4\" diameter on the top, 2.1/4\" diameter at the bottom , weight 5.08 oz or 144.1 gr. Good antique example of early Persian chased silver work!
