We usually ship your instrument the same day and we will present you a tracking number ASAP. If it doesnt ship the same day, it ALWAYS ships the following business day.
Return Policy
Our return policy is a 14 day return policy and the instrument MUST be in the EXACT SAME CONDITION as when it left our store. If there are any flaws we WILL call you to discuss the issues. If your purchase was eligable for free shipping, the shipping cost WILL be deducted from your refund or credit. ABSOLUTELY NO returns on Special Orders, Trades, Close-outs, Discontinued, or Blow-out items.
Layaway Program
We proudly offer a layaway program for you to grab the instrument you want, so you can keep someone else from getting it! 25% down and the instrument MUST be paid off within 60 days.
