Offered here is a seldom seen Marble\'s classic pocket safety axe in collector-grade condition. It has a low serial number 055 of a limited edition commemorating 100 years of production, 1893 - 1993. In brand new condition, it still has some of the preservative coating of grease on its metal surfaces. The axe head measures 4 1/2 inches long and 2 1/8 inches wide at the blade. Its hardwood handle is 9 1/4 inches long. Made in Solingen, Germany. The axe will be wrapped back in its original factory wax paper and outer wrap showing the serial number.
