Comes with original box and registration & certificate of authenticity. Is number 1,304 out of 5,000. Is called Father Christmas Fairy, Small even though it measures about 17 1/2\" tall. Appears to be from a smoke free home and I also have a smoke free home. As you can see from the pictures, has the cloth label as well as paper label. I don\'t believe this has ever been out of the box even though the tag says 2004.
