a quite wonderful Chase Baby, measures 20 inches tall and in original antique clothing that include the long dress, a wool under slip and pantaloons. she has a nice original face and her ears, fingers and toes are in good condition.martha jenks chase was from pawtucket, rhode island , she made simple dolls for simple doll play. this doll has a wonderful folk art quality. i think the doll is all original and in good condition, see photos for crazing etc. her left arm looks like it was re sewn on long ago.at her neck there is a surface crack, not deep and her head is solidly on.thanks for looking. postage is free.
