After purchase and at the buyer’srequest we will open a factory sealed item to verify condition and operation.Factory brand new current production items are covered by a warranty throughthat manufacturer. In many cases the manufacturer specifies a defective item isto be addressed and or returned to them for warrant repair or replacement. Allshipping costs associated with a return or warranty issue are not refundable byJetstream.

Allof our packing boxes and material exceed all listed shipper requirements. If anitem arrives with shipping damage contact us immediately. Save the shipping boxand all contents and the damaged item. The buyer and seller are requiredto notify the shipping company about the damage claim. All shippingcarriers pay an insurance claim based on the declared value of the item. Whenthe claim is approved a refund of the purchase price and original shipping willbe issued by us if we receive the settlement. In some cases the buyer receivesthe settlement.
