Antique, finely decoratedEnglish sterling silver Waiter Tray, early Victorian period.Fully and clearly hallmarked for London 1847, Maker\'s mark is a crowned \'RG\' for the Garrard family - also with an inscription \'GARRARDS - PANTON STREET - LONDON\'
2 additional marks on the bottom/center - please view pictures.Oval form with bold shell designs and thick fluted rim.Bears 4 crests, all crowned and 2 with a Latin motto that I cannot make-out - looks to be from a noble / Royal family.Excellent condition - please view pictures.
It measures 50.5 cm wide x 34.5 cm deep - weight is 2480 grams.
