This is a Vintage 1960 Mattel Chatty Cathy Doll. She is the First Original Issue with the Cloth-Covered Speaker and No Manufacturer\'s Markings on her back.

She is in Very Nice, Clean Condition ~~ Fully Dressed and Display Ready.

She has her Pullstring/Pink Magic Ring. When I pull the ring the string goes back in with no sound heard. She is Being Sold as a Non-Talker.

She is approximately 20\" Tall with a Soft Vinyl Head.

She Has Pretty Strawberry/Golden Blonde Hair with Curls. Her hair was washed, conditioned and set in rollers. She has a Nice Bang Length and No Apparent Haircuts.

Her Original Freckles and Eyebrows are Still Very Well Noticed.

Her Very Pretty, Bright Light-Blue Sleep Eyes are Clean and Clear. They open and close properly. She has all of her Long, Black Eyelashes.

She has her Original Teeth with New Enhanced Lip and Cheek Color.

Her limbs hold a pose. She can sit or stand on her own.

All fingers and toes.

Her Head Turns Freely From Side-to-Side. Her seams are Original. She has never been opened for repair.

Being an Early Issue Chatty she has an overall tan appearance. Nothing is Faded Out or Mismatched.

Chatty offers No Dirt, No Stains, No Cracks and No Repairs.

She Comes Wearing a Pretty Vintage Red Cotton Dress. It is Clean and a Nice fit. It has rick-rick trim and closes in the back with buttons. The exact age of the dress is unknown. The red is still a nice bright color. No Fades.

The rest of her clothing is Brand New, Out-of-Package. Everything is Quality made.

Included are her White Underpants with Flower Print, White Fancy Lacey Socks with White Rosette Accents and Shiny Red Mary Jane Shoes with Side Cutouts. To Complete the Outfit, she is wearing Red Grosgrain hair ribbon bows.

Vintage Imperfections ~ The Doll does NOT TALK. This is mentioned above. Expect Minor Wear to the doll due to Age and Usage.
