We offer this nice Medico filtered Gold Crest # 187 estate pipe. It has a smooth bowl made from imported briar. It features a gold plated band. The band is stamped, Medico 1/30 14k RGP. The briar is in nice condition. We could find no chips or cracks. The finish has some condition issues. It looks like the pipe was in a stand with the bit up and perhaps something had been spilled on it. The finish on the bowl facing the stem is matted. We attempted to buff this out with no luck. The gold band is in nice condition with only minor loss of plating around the edges of the band. The push stem is in nice condition and fits snuggly to the shank. An M is stamped on the stem. There is very minor chatteron the bit. This pipe has been lightly cleaned.
