Here for your collecting pleasure we offer a men\'s excellentvintagelate 1970s rayonHawaiian shirt.The shirt isin a cool jazzy allover printofstylized traditional native tapa blocks and figures, together with stylized fish andsailboats,interspersed with grand monstera leaves and fine line drawings of tapa and ferns, all in variegated shades of tan/brown, stippled ecru/grey,dark steel grey, khaki green, andcream, ranging from paletones to deep, rich shadeswith black highlights on a variegated cream and tan background.Quite lively,handsome,and distinctive.This shirt is a grand one that looks wonderful although ithasbeengently worn; it is still ingreat condition and is anoble old piece.Its styling is classicmid to late1980s. The shirt retainsits originalrough-faced, smooth-backed sllightly concave coconut shell buttonsstill intactand features longer lengthstitched downcollar points,collar band,flat fellseams,anda perfectly matched pocket with nice flat bottom and sharply squared corners, with matching pocket button at top. The original label is absent.This shirt is asmallish medium size and measures 23\" across the chest when laid flat,23\" across the waist when laid flat,20\"across the shoulders from seam to seam, and29 1/2\" from shoulder to hem, with10 1/4\" long sleeves. It is well designed and well executed.This is averygrand and coolAloha shirt.The shirt is in greatcondition with nofading, spots, stains, dirt, holes, or underarm damage that I can find.This piece has been in storage formany years.
