WarrantyAll our watches come with a 1 Year Warranty. If your watch develops a fault in the movement during this time we will arrange to have the watch repaired and we will pay all shipping costs. The warranty does not cover abuse, negligence or accidental damage including water damage. If in case, your watch is damaged and need servicing we are able to provide this service to you at an additional cost depending on what needs to be done. You should allow for up to 2 weeks for your watch to be repaired and returned to you.
Documents and AccessoriesEvery watch comes with a luxury wooden box and a third party appraisalfor insurance purposes outlining the serial and model number. Apolishing cloth will also be inside the luxury box.
Return PolicyYour satisfaction is our primary concern. We offer a 14 Day Return Policy on all watches that are sold. This applies for any watch that is not as described. Returns for other reasons will be subject to a restocking fee to cover our overhead administrative, servicing, packaging, and related expenses.
