Specification:

HOW TO USE:

- 1.At first, insert the removable pressure relief plugs in the appropriate holes where relief is needed. Then insert stretcher in shoe.
- 2.LENGTH STRETCH :Turn the round plastic handle in clockwise direction until you begin to see surface pressure showing on shoe.

- 3.WIDTH STRETCH :Turn the "L-Shaped"metal crank handle in clockwise direction until you begin to see surface pressure showing on shoe.

- 4.WAIT FOR THE BEST RESULTS:Leave shoe stretcher in place for at least 24 hours.

- 5.REMOVE STRETCHER FROM YOUR SHOE:Turn handles in counterclockwise direction
