DETAILS OF ITEM

This is a ceramic statue figurine of the God known as Fukurokuju that measures 9.13 inches high. He is one of the Japanese seven lucky Gods (Shichifukujin) and best known for his luck with longevity and wisdom. His large forehead helps to retain his wealth of knowledge.

The statue is in very good condition with some light crazing and the age is from the 1960's. It is marked "Wales, Made in Japan" at the base.
