A beautiful modernist / mid-century table clock - by Kundo / GermanyCould a clock be more stylish ? I don\'t think so! - A 1950s table clock, made by Kundo / Germany. Stylized clock face. Works with a battery (not included - I am not allowed to send batteries from Germany to the USA). What more can I say? Weight 1100 gramsCondition: Used, but in optically good condition with only minute traces of use. The clockwork is presently NOT working and has be thoroughly overhauled.You can hear it work, but the clock hands are not moving. I guess it must be adjusted (as can be seen on the photo, it is a high-quality clockwork and the clock was bought at a jeweller, still with original label!), but I am not an expert and this is why I sell it as DEFECT. Please do not buy this item when you expect a clock in perfect working order - this is presently NOT the case. - My stock is permanently changing, so please make sure to check my sales now and again - it is worth it if you like 50s/ 60s/ 70s/ 80s stuff .Further Art Deco - mid/mod - 60s/ 70s items in my other sales - also bisque porcelain - op art / pop art ceramics - more teak, rosewood & copper and many other interesting metalwork objects can be found in my other design sales.
