This is a original art panel done by the well known comic artist, Milton Caniff. He signed the original comic strip with his traditional signature, done in the last frame of this 4 frame piece. As well,he has personally signed and gifted this piece to a friend of his, Dorothy Winters, on May 29th ,1944 in NY. It does show some lightly worn corners and some of the adhesive residue is showing. It was folded in half and stuck away for years. It has some blemishes. But this is a authentic piece of Milton\'s art work and his script and drawings are still very nice.

The 4 frame panel measures overall 23\"L x 7 1/4\"W.

Side Note: Both Milton & Dorothy are deceased now, and a dear friend of Dorothy\'s was given this piece of comic art. Her name is Dixie. She is 92 yrs young. She worked with Dorothy as female producers of commercials, in N.Y., during the time Dorothy received this as a gift. Dixie and I are hoping to find someone who will really enjoy owning this piece of comic art history.
