This is an original miniature oil painting by Elsie C. Coates . It is dated 1973 on the back along with the signature of the artist. It shows the desert in bloom with a carpet of yellow flowers against the mountains. There is a Spanish Dagger with twin blooming stalks in the foreground.. This small painting is in a wooden frame .
