Pair of Mini Bud vases

I have seen these in my searches without the glass tubes and

they are being marketed as taper candle holders.

Which could be possible

These are Bud vases

Rare HTF with original glass tube inserts

Over-all measures 2-3/4\" tall with glass tube inside

Bottom base is about 1-3/4\" diameter

Bottoms are stamped OSP 40

I have not cleaned these (nor the glass tubes)

May have dust/marks/scratches/etc.

I have this wild idea that they can be used as table-top

hummingbird nectar feeders (try it)
