This is for a very niceornateVictorian concealed pencil madein the late 1800s. It is a two part pencil andfeatures five little inset greenstones in the end and a blank seal matrix to the other. Itis a very ornate and very clean example. It works by pulling back on the top to extend the pencil out from the base, in doing this it also extends the pencil to full length,it then propels the lead in the normal way by turningthe nozzle. The pencil fits backinto the base when finished,this has a little bale at the top for attaching to a chatelaine. The pencil hasbeen tested and ittests as 9ct goldIt is in absolute excellent condition and is fullyworking , it slides out nicely, it extends properly andit propels the lead nicely.
