Up for purchase are these beautiful arts and crafts hammered copper pieces from East Aurora New York. .There where notes attached to the pieces explaining where they came from and that they are part of the Roycroft movement that came from the original owners.
There are no makers marks on the items. And I\'m not sure of the age.Both pieces would compliment any arts and crafts Mission decor.
They both have that great aged looks that copper gets after time.
The flat hammered copper plate measures 11\" diameter and has a lip around the edge.It has a beautiful embossed pattern near the edge as well as along the lip. There are no defects to this piece .
The second piece is shaped more like a dish or serving bowl and was labeled as a platter.It measures 11 1/2\" diameter 1 3/4\" tall.It has more of a smooth finish with grooves cut into it.There are also no defects to this piece.
