....more from the southern california vaults of Oldcomix! Well, it\'s tax time and these are extras from the old vault and the government says I owe money. Some really weird PCH comics here with favorite Wolverton stories. I guess Aragon Magazines was finding it hard to sell anything like this on city streets in late 1953 and early 1954 so to save money they cut up old stories\' artwork and reused it.

I cant find any restoration on these hard to find lower grade books. All are complete with no cutouts or loose centerfolds. This lot was altered so you can ask for one or more books with one offer. As they are sold I will note that...

#13. head shoved into acid bath cover looks like Baily artwork. again about a 2.5 maybe a tad better 3.0. has some water drops and tears.

the gossips by mortellano with three heads on stakes panel (don\'t let the children see that). vampire by ? with blood, headlights and wood stake rammed thru the chest of the vampire. pretty sadistic. the clockmaker by ? more headlights. the picnic by ?. all the stories in this issue are similar to 1949-1950 EC artwork.

#8. rotting body bursting through porthole and onto woman in nightgown cover. my favorite cover from this title. this copy is a 3.5 to 4.0.

#7 1.0 grade with chews on spine. how did the woman in a cocktail dress get into that grave?

brain bats of venus by wolverton one of his best stories from his starvation period and before he got religion. the killer by ?. the man who beat the chair by ?. the wedding eve by ? with ingles-esque art.
