Got a mold VHS, signed DVD, record, and surgical mask. I think this set was only sold through the official film makers website. Don\'t think they made very many of them either since they don\'t pop up for sale very often.
DVD is signed by the film maker, and is also direct from him (dvd-r). It has an alternate cover than the main release by a huge company and is pretty rare too. Everything is in great shape and the VHS has actually never even been played, neither has the record.
Ships in a box with bubble wrap and a tracking number.
