This is a amazing vintage Mont Blanc 149 Fountain Pen with a Medium Nib in 18K gold nib. It has a customized silver 925 overlay inspired by the very famous Honoré Daumier \"35 Heads of Expression\" painting . The overlay does not have the silver stamp. It is a wonderful and unique work of art you would love to have in your collection. Here is a little of Daumier\'s history: \"As a painter, Daumier, one of the pioneers of realistic subjects, but treated with a very subjective point of view, did not meet with success until 1878, a year before his death, whenPaul Durand-Ruelcollected his works for exhibition at his galleries and demonstrated the range of the talent of the man who has been called the \"Michelangeloof caricature\". At the time of the exhibition, Daumier was blind and living in a cottage atValmondois, whichCorotplaced at his disposal. It was there that he died. He painted about 500 oil paintings.\"
