Montblanc 1960\'s Model 149 Fountain Pen * Fine Hemingway Nib * Near Mint:
$729.00

Genuine Montblanc 1960\'s Model 149 Fountain Pen with Fine 18C Nib.

Near Mint in black resin with Gold Plated Trim.

The 18 karat gold nib is the tri-tone design that Montblanc discontinued for awhile and thoughtfully re-introduced in its 1992 Hemingway writers edition.

The cap screws on and posts tightly onto the barrel when in use.

This fully functional and beautiful pen has some very light superficial scratches on the resin; the metal trim is almost flawless. Truly in a remarkable condition for a nearly 60 year old writing instrument.

The large capacity piston (pen uses bottled ink) and the hard rubber feed both look and function perfectly.

The pictures accurately represent the appearance and function of this pen.

Please see the pictures for the writing sample and some additional detail.

I guarantee the authenticity and the condition of the pen is as described.

Best regards,

Maite
