It is near mint. Note- The cap does not have ahard snap like traditionalrollerballs- more of a slip fit and soft snap (this in normal with this model), it fits on the cone perfectly. This is a showpiece pen- you do not see many like this, pretty rare. Retail was $459 EU when it traded at $1.4x USD= $ 652.00
