The Montblanc Meisterstuck 149 isconsidered by many fountain pen aficionados tobe one of the best, most recognizablefountain pens ever made. A must-have for any serious collection, the PlatinumMeisterstuck line is a relatively new addition to the Montblanc lineup, firstbeing released in fall 2015. The body is made from deep black precious resin,to which the platinum-coated hardware offers an elegant and stunning contrast.The pen includes a large “number 9” size solid gold (18k) Medium nib withrhodium-plated inlay. The pen also includes an ink-viewing window above thesection which is concealed by the cap when the pen is closed. The cap finial isdecorated with the famous Montblanc “white star” emblem.
