Montblanc 146 fountain pen. Excellent condition with case and brochures. Made in Germany. Looks like it was used a time or two and then put away. Very similar to the 149 model, though not as bulky. This 146 is a piston fill model, and you can see the piston operate through the clear slot in the pen body. I am unsure what type of nib this pen currently has, so that will be a bit of a gamble for you. But what is life without a bit of a gamble from time to time?I pulled this pen from a box of dumpster-bound box of desk junk at an estate. This pen was a few hours away from meeting its fate in the local landfill.I am more of a Fisher Space Pen kind of guy, and this pen, while excellent, holds little charm for me. This pen deserves another shot at fulfilling its destiny as a writing instrument of distinction.
