A PAIR OF GILT METAL MOUNTED SÈVRES STYLE PORCELAIN VASE LAMPS, Late 19TH CENTURY, in the baroque taste, the turquoise ground porcelain vase with parcel gilt reserves, centering medallions, of bucolic scenes with figures of children, one of a wheat harvest and the other a theme of love, opposed by reserves centering flowering bouquets, topped by a twisted spray of leaves, within scrolling tendril arms held by putti, and raised on a grotto inspired footed base with profuse lily, twig and fruiting leaves, flanked by seated nymphs with books, with fluted shades and harps with matching finials.
