Beautiful Jessica Howard Woman Formal dress, size 22W, but dress body was taken in. I bought a sz 22 to have extra room in the jacket, but the body of the dress just hung way too wide. The dress was taken in some and the skirt streamlined some to give it a much more flattering look. I took the measurements of the dress.The dress is a very nice light blue color, with a very subtle paisley type design on the top of the dress, and the two straps. There is a little bead and sequin work on this area to give it a little shimmer. The dress also has a slit at the center of the back. The jacket matches the blue paisley material. The whole ensemble looks beautiful. The material has a shimmer to it, but it is not a real shiny material. Only worn once. It was a little tough getting the measurements. I tried to get as accurate as I could. Dress, bust 51\" then tapers a bit to about 48\" and then about 53 1/2 at hips then the dress stays at about 50\". You can see the length in the picts. I\'m about 5\'5\".
