Item is tested and I am including a Palm AC adapter which is properly rated to work with the unit. I am not sure if all pieces in the set are included, but I didn\'t notice anything missing aside from several of the Flags along the sides of tent had snapped off. All of the little figures inside the tent appear to be present, but Be sure to ask if you have any questions or need better pictures of the set. Unit itself is in good shape, just minor wear. One sticker \'poster\' on outside of the tent has started to peel back.Box itself has some heavy wear with some small pieces missing but for the most part is intact.
