A charming and highly collectible Mr. Punch Baby\'s Rattle, made from sterling silver with two bells.The handle is made from Mother of Pearl or Nacre shell with it\'s iridescence qualities.A full hallmark for Birmingham 1923 together with the makers initials W.H.C. for the silversmith, W H Collins & Co; also the mark BCM Priaur appears who made these small novelty sterling silver pieces in conjunction with W.H.
